The house was exactly what we were looking for. We wished we had had more time to enjoy everything. Would absolutely stay here again next time we are in the area.

home was very cozy and peaceful!
We had a great time. The house was perfect for a big family. The view was incredible. The kitchen was great. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
My family and I spent the Fourth of July weekend at this Daniels Vacation Property, and we already plan to make it our annual tradition! We absolutely loved the home! It was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly accommodating for our entire family. Everyone had their own comfortable bedroom, and there was plenty of room for us to relax and spend time together.
Communication with Tara was exceptional from start to finish. She was always quick to respond, and whenever we had a question or needed anything, she was just a phone call away.
Overall, we all give this stay a 10/10. We can't wait to come back every Fourth of July and continue our new family tradition. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation rental!
We had a wonderful time. This is a great location, beautiful views, and walkable to town. The house includes lots of stuff to do and suites out needs well for a family of 4. Some of the interior needs a bit of updating and tightening up which is the only reason for the 4 and not a 5. It's an old house and while everything worked just fine it's just a bit rickety and creaky, and that's just me nitpicking. Communication was excellent and they were very flexible about the checkin/check out. Great stay!
Having stayed at 5 different airbnbs at Greenwood lake, this was by far our favorite. Literally the BEST location possible on the lake. Stayed here for 2 long weekends and pretty much sat outside all day enjoying the back yard, dock and kayaks. Couldn’t have been better. Host was awesome and communicated quickly!

We were two families consisting of 10 people ..We had plenty of room ..the air conditioning cranks..which is important.. any issue was addressed .. our families had a fantastic time and look forward to booking next year!! The lake is perfection!

Family and I couldn’t believe the stunning view of the lake that was right in our backyard for the whole weekend. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and we can’t wait to stay again. 5 stars, and if I can give more I would!!
This house is beautifully situated in Greenwood lake. It has so much to offer in terms of lake gear. The house is stocked with games, ample space, and great views. When we ran out of dishwasher pods and paper towels and a can opener couldn’t be found they had it delivered asap. So helpful!
we just had the pleasure of staying here and loved this beautiful retreat! highlights were the peaceful location, spaciousness, and comfort (the beds were awesome!)
it was great to wake up just steps away from lovely hikes, or even just listen to the birds over a cup of coffee. dan was an excellent & responsive host, & we'd recommend his place in a heartbeat!!

Lovely property right on the lake, the early morning fog, warm sunshine during day, and beautiful sunsets right on the water could not be beat. Hosts made trip extremely seamless with spotless indoor property, great amenities, guidebook with recommendations of things to do nearby. Was allowed early check in with easy door code access and communication was quick/easy. Had plenty of towels, blankets and sheets, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies. Outdoor area was beautiful, with a lovely firepit, plenty of chairs and table for peaceful meals and lounging, small dock and kayaks which we enjoyed making good use of, just beware of spiders and bees outside. Two easy parking spots. Lots of TV apps were already logged in for easy browsing. Neighbors were nice as well. Overall highly recommend as a lovely getaway for 2-4 people right on the lake.
We stayed here from Sunday through Tuesday while attending a nearby airshow, and it turned out to be the perfect little getaway. The home sits right on the lake, with beautiful views of both the water and the surrounding hills—it honestly felt like we were miles away on vacation, even though we were only about 20 miles from home.
Tara was an excellent host—very communicative, helpful, and easy to work with throughout our stay. Everything was exactly as described, and the setting made it especially relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and are already looking forward to coming back.
The house was beautiful with plenty of space inside and outside.. lakes right there with your own docks..had a great time with a bunch of friends and will be coming back..
Lovely property right on the water. Came here with my brothers for a fishing weekend - the available kayaks & stand up paddle board were a great way to explore the calmer parts of the lake that surrounded the house. Conveniently walkable dunkin, burger stand, and ice cream shop nearby came in handy!
Daniel is a great host! The home looked exactly like the pictures, house was very clean and cozy. Daniel is also very kind and accommodating, I will recommend this stay to anyone looking ! You will truly enjoy!
