House was in a perfect location for a family wedding that was taking place at Highland Lakes. Broken couch sat at the curb at driveway entrance the entire time we were there. The baseboard heaters were a bit rickety and had the end caps falling off. House was much darker inside than the photos, but not a huge deal. Back yard was very nicely mowed, but the deck was not clear of winter leaves or debris. Overall wasn't exactly what we had expected based on the photos, but served the purpose we needed it for.

The couches at the curb were our old furniture, as we had just upgraded the home with two brand new couches and were waiting for scheduled bulk pickup. Had a wonderfully relaxing time at this cozy, charming cottage. The lake views were absolutely incredible, with gorgeous sunsets and beautiful lightning as a storm rolled in. Host was very responsive, quickly moving a Jetski that was in one of the parking spaces. Fingers crossed we can stay here again in the future, we would LOVE to return!

Amazing stay with gorgeous lake perfect for fishing and just being in back yard by dock outside whole time. Very helpful and proactive host answered any questions asap and made long weekend great for me my wife and kids.

Great place to stay with family and friends. Very spacious inside and out. Bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. Great location that’s close to a lot of activities. Even though we only stayed for a couple days it was enjoyable!

Me and my girlfriend stayed for a few days and really enjoyed it. We’re into walking and found plenty of routes from here.
The property is peaceful and gives a real feel for Greenwood lake. We felt like residents.

Great spot for a nice get away, especially from noise
Such a lovely location. Comfortable furniture and perfect for a large group. Spacious outdoor deck and dock with great sun exposure. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!
Was exactly as pictured. Very rarely do you get what you see but I did with this place. Lake access was easy, kayaks were fun, fire pit was a must every night. Only thing, wish I had stayed longer. Looking forward to going back.

The host was super responsive. He delivered an iron stand overnight for our use. Very comfortable house and adequately stocked with stuff you may need. We will definitely stay again if we need to. Thank you to Tara and Dan for offering such a beautiful house!

Tara and Dan’s place was honestly one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed at. The pictures truly don’t capture how special it feels in person. Every detail in the house (writings/pictures) is thoughtfully created with care and comfort in mind and you immediately feel the warmth and positive energy when you walk in.
My favorite - garden by the lake with the fire pit. Sitting there with a glass of wine, enjoying the peaceful views and listening to the birds and sounds of nature felt like jazz created by nature itself.
The wonderful neighborhood, especially John, whom we met during our stay. Such a kind and warm person, he even offered us firewood and told us to simply relax and enjoy everything.
The entire place kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom, deck had everything we could possibly need. Peaceful mornings with coffee on the deck were unforgettable.
