Really good spot for an Adirondacks getaway. Hosts were communicative and the house had great amenities

We had a great one night stay with some guys after a golf trip. Prefect back deck and patio to sit and relax. Would definitely stay again if back in the area

We had a wonderful weekend and highly recommended this property. The house was clean, fully stocked and extremely comfortable. The kayak and hot tub were an added bonus. Everything was perfect. The hosts are extremely accommodating and responsive, and we hope to be back soon. Thank you for everything!

The place was excellent. It is very pleasant for a family trip.

The house was perfect for our family of 6! The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would 100% consider staying here again when visiting the area. We especially loved using the stand up paddle boards and kayaks in the calmer area of the lake. It was a perfect home base for exploring all the area has to offer, including great hikes, Pennings Cidery, Warwick Drive In, and the cute town of Warwick. The recommended beach was also excellent - with a shed full of beach toys that you can borrow for free. We did not experience any issues during our stay, but we reached out to the hosts a couple of time for recommendations. They were responsive, friendly, and helpful.

Beautiful location. Plenty of space for me and my five bridesmaids to spread out and stay up late/get up early without disturbing each other. Swimming off the beach was so much fun and we were even able to get our boat rental to pick us up from the dock directly. Hot tub was lovely after a long day and having dinner out on the deck at sunset was fantastic. Unfortunately the cleanliness did not do the property justice nor did it feel appropriate for the high price I paid. The couches are stained and smelly, there was used tissues on the windowsills, hair and sand all over the floors, and one of the bathrooms smelled like urine. We had to wash the sheets on three of the beds bc they were not changed after the last guest, they smelled like men's cologne, were stained, and there was sand in the sheets. We alerted the host and they sent the cleaners back and some of the issues were resolved but we had to spend a lot of time cleaning ourselves due to this and the lengthy check out to do list

The morning view of the lake from the window was truly spectacular. We will definitely be back!

We liked everything. Especially our own pier. The whole family swam from the pier, and my husband also fished. Beautiful sunsets from the fire pit. The only downside is the creaky bed and sofa. At the slightest movement, the bed creaks throughout the house, and there is still no door in the bedroom.

We had a lovely stay. The home is quiet and private wirh outstanding amenities. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna was a plus. We were a group of 6 plus a toddler so having 3.5 bathrooms and four bedrooms was great.

It is very close to North Creek for groceries and the shops and close to some hiking trails we enjoyed.

What a fantastic place to stay if you are visiting the Greenwood Lake area! Dan and Tara are absolutely stellar hosts with a beautiful space. We loved where we were on the lake (walkable to amazing coffee, ice cream and food) a three minute drive to the downtown area and local beach. The space itself is lakehouse perfection and suited every single need we had. Kayaking out on the lake in the mornings and evenings made our trip and were a highlight of the trip. Day trips to Warwick and Sugar Loaf were easy and took no time at all. I will 100% book here again when we are in the area. Cannot rate highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay at this Greenwood Lake home! The location right on the lake was fantastic, with beautiful outdoor spaces and plenty of parking, which made everything so convenient. The host was proactive, responsive, and helpful. We especially loved having such easy access to the water—whether we wanted to take the boat out, kayak, or simply jump in for a swim. The property was a perfect spot to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and make the most of everything Greenwood Lake has to offer!

Very cute home on the water with direct access to lake. Having the Kayaks and Paddle boards were great. Would for sure come back!

Beautiful property! The house is lovely. It's a great place to relax by the lake.

The location was very convenient and close to a grocery store, which made it easy to pick up anything we needed. The house was well equipped with a washer, dryer, and all the other amenities we needed during our stay.

The host also provided helpful recommendations for nearby attractions, along with clear and well-organized house instructions. Everything was explained professionally and made the stay easy to navigate. Communication with the host was also smooth and responsive. Thank you for hosting us!

The lake house could not have been better. The location on the northeast side of the lake was perfect for getting over to Tuxedo and very peaceful. Dunkin’ and an amazing ice cream shop were right down the street. They had just put in a new dock and the kids fished non stop. The hosts were super responsive and the experience was fantastic. If we return we definitely will stay there again.

Great house for our group of 7. All the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The grill and hot tub outside were another plus for our group!

My only negatives were bedroom 4 was listed as a king bed but didn’t appear to be. My other negative was there was garbage from the previous guests that left a bad smell. When we left it outside, nobody came to pick it up.

Overall my group and I were very satisfied and would come back if we find ourselves in the area!

Couldn’t be any happier about our start! The house is exactly as listed and was beautiful! Definitely worth considering if you’re looking for a lake house
