We had a fantastic time at this Greenwood lake home. So many great things were available to us including kayaks, swimming of the dock, the spa and a small Sandy beach. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and two kids. Three bathrooms worked really well. Nearby we hiked, went to breweries, rented a boat all within 10 min. We are talking about going back next year. The only reason I gave website description a 4 is that I didn’t see where the two basement bedrooms were only separated by a curtain. If you are wavering. GO. You will be happy you did.

Place was amazing. House was huge and tons of update space. Really exactly what you want in a lake house getaway. Swimming and relaxing on the dock made for perfect days. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend family trip. From the moment we arrived we felt like home. Daniel provided everything we needed and more. The house was very well kept. Clean, bright, all the amenities you would want. Our children loved the hot tub and private beach area. The dock was so great to fish and sun tan. The water is clean and Daniel provided life jackets for all the kids. We loved the view from the living room and kitchen. The huge TV was such a plus you felt like you were in a movie theater. Every room was perfect size with plenty of bathrooms. The layout was great for large families. We rented a boat right down the street and got to enjoy Greenwood Lake. I personally loved the organic cleaning products that were available. It was a huge help to have a vacuum and shark mop for an easy clean up. 10 stars from our family. Can’t wait to return for another MDW.

What a wonderful place to escape the madness of NYC. The view, the little beach…so many ways to disconnect when you are at this house! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy this beautiful piece on land!

Very responsive and flexible with our schedule which made our stay that much better. It was so peaceful and spacious. We were there to get together with family of all ages and everyone loved the place!

I met up with a group of friends at the Lake House for a long weekend. We had a great time. The grill, the hot tub, and the beautiful dock really made for a relaxing few days and I can't wait to come back.

We had such a nice time at this property. Great views and so much space. This property was stocked with everything we needed. Lots of things for kids and adults to do at the home.

I booked this location with 7 of my friends for my bday weekend. We wanted a nice relaxing weekend outside of the city and we got exactly that. The home was extremely cozy, clean and very nice, spacious, ample seating, the beds were great and the views of the lake are beautiful. Short drive away from local shops and restaurants.

Home is beautiful and well decorated. The view of the lake is quite impressive. Everything about our stay was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

It is lovely to wake up and see the water and get morning coffee while sitting by the lake. The great relaxing option for this is Daniel's house right on the shore of the lake. The house is full of light, air, and space. If you're into sports, have a private area with a gym and the opportunity to do yoga by the water. Communication with Daniil was effortless and constructive. He was able to help us with all requests that arose and were flexible with check-in and check-out times. By the way, there is a lot of space for children, a family room with games, and a giant screen. Thanks, it was a very nice stay. Cheers

This has taken me a few days to write. There are no words that can really describe this home other than PERFECT! My family and I had the most incredible time. If you can think of a home that would have anything a family can imagine this was it! From the games, beach and lake what more can you ask for. We planned one day out and the kids couldn’t wait to get back to the house. The homeowners were on top of everything just a call/text away. The house was well stocked from toiletries, condiments, bedding, life jackets, towels, games and more. I have rented homes before and this home was my favorite it surpassed every expectation! We can’t wait till next year to visit heaven again!

Great experience in this home! Location is water front which provides stunning views! Vaulted living room with huge windows/sky lights was by far our FAVORITE room with the most gorgeous views of the lake! Four full baths on the property which was so nice as well as laundry on main floor. House was clean and well equipped. Lots of little touches - comfy throws, board games! Direct water access with private dock and small beach area. Lots of safety vests provided and easy to rent boat/water gear from lake rental companies. Game room with pool table for adults and Pac-Man for kids! Huge TVs which the kids appreciated. Please note that one bedroom/bath is a private “apt” that is accessed separately from the main house. The entry is right off the main porch and right next to front door. Would be a nice “suite” for people wanting a bit of privacy. Downstairs master suite has king size bed and doorway into second room has full size bed but no true wall of separation - just curtains in the doorway for privacy so again just note - would be good room for parents with small kids. Main floor has gorgeous bedroom with fantastic views of the lake. Also plenty of parking which is rare for a Greenwood lake rental! Overall beautiful home would highly recommend. Our kids are already asking about going back! Hoping to come back soon!!!

Daniel was a great host who communicated on time but truthfully we didn’t need anything because the house has it all. The house is beautiful, with a modern touch and it is on the lake. The views are fantastic. Hope to be back soon. Highly recommend.

Daniel’s lake house is beautiful, exactly like the pictures. Wonderful lake views. Spacious and open lay out. Great location, close to town and Mount Peter ski area. Hosts were very responsive and kept the home well stocked. Highly recommend.
