I am a nature person, so the place was perfect for me. Very quiet surrounded by trees. It’s a 30 minute drive from Lake George. I recommend this place for those who like comfy homes and nice views of nature.

Awesome stay! Beautiful property with stunning views. House was very clean and even bigger in person. Hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back!

Whole family enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious.
We found the beds and couches very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The property was amazing, it had areas for everyone, sunny, shaded, decks, grass,.......... The dock was probably the best part either relaxing on it or launching a kayak.

We spent our 4th of July weekend here and had a lovely time. The house is massive and it was perfect for our large group. We appreciated the lack of clutter and objects because we had a 1 year old with us and are always worried about breakables. The view was fantastic and we enjoyed spending time on the private dock. We had a few issues during the trip, but the host was always super quick to respond and did all they could to resolve our issues/concerns. The house itself was clean when we arrived and easy to settle into. We love Greenwood lake and come here with our family nearly every year. There is so much to do around the area and so many great restaurants. Overall we highly recommend it!

We had a great mini vacation at Daniel’s. Perfect getaway spot just outside the city. We rented a pontoon on Saturday and the greenwood lake marina was very kind to us because they knew Dan! Definitely recommended!

Very nice lake house. It’s fun there is a pool table, Pac-Man machine and basketball machine downstairs. TV is very large.

Host communicates quickly. Quick drive into town. Beautiful views.

Daniel‘s vacation properties was a great home for our two families that were traveling together. They responded quickly with any issues that came up with the home and took steps to resolve the matter that same day.
The only thing I wish, is that we were given some advanced notice about the people working on the property during our stay.

Very happy with our stay in this home. Our first time in Greenwood Lake and it was the perfect short vacation. Very peaceful location and house had everything we needed (and more). Hosts were very responsive and answered all our questions (within minutes of asking). I would definitely consider staying there again.

Clean house and a lot of activities to do within the house. Could be a great stay for the summer and winter.

The place was very clean. The driveway was a little hard to maneuver a larger vehicle into and getting out was the same. There was an issue with the master bath electric being out, but they knew before I did and had it fixed before night fall. Struggled to find a good place for dinner that delivers, and ended up with Four Brothers, which had pretty good food. The downstairs game room was fun and a great additive to the weekend. The enclosed porch did have a ripped screen and wasn't as clean as it looked in the pictures. The jacuzzi water also looked a bit under clean and therefore we were not able to enjoy that at all. I feel the price was a little bit steep for the time of season, but was definitely a good place to consider in the better months.

Clean, close to the mountain and reasonably priced.

We chose this house for our family vacation and had a great time. Amenities and hospitality were fantastic, and we split our time skiing at Gore and staying in.

Tara and Dan own a really beautiful and special property. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Cannot say enough about what tremendous hosts they are!!! Truly unforgettable experience.

This is the second time we've stayed at the Gore house, and it was really great. We got 14 inches of snow while we were there, and it looked absolutely beautiful. The snow didn't affect us, though, because the plow came right away and cleared the driveway to allow us to make the very quick drive to Gore.

The house is really terrific. Very comfortable, roomy, clean. We loved going in the hot tub during the snowstorm -- totally cool.

Highly recommended for a wonderful stay.
