This property was a perfect getaway for our group. Enjoyed our stay as we drove to and from Mountain Creek Resort for our annual ski trip. Excited to potentially come back in the summer to enjoy the lake!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our experience seamless. They kindly accommodated our request for an earlier check-in, which made a huge difference for our plans. When our car got blocked in by snow, they were quick to help us clear the driveway so we could get on the road without any stress. The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Highly recommend staying here – exceptional hospitality!

I would of gave this listing 5 stars, but due to an issue out of the control of the host I am not able to due to those issues.

The host was great with communication. Anything that I needed help with, I was able to get an immediate response from them.

We had an issue that caused a huge inconvenience to our stay, but the host was very understanding and was able to compensate due to the issue.

I would definitely stay at this location again. We wanted a cabin-like feel and Daniel Vacation Properties did not disappoint.

The hosts were sweet and helpful--I felt welcome long before my stay.
I loved the location. It was the perfect distance away from the town and Mt Peter. The lakeside was also gorgeous and I can only imagine how much prettier it is in the summer.
The home itself was spacious yet cozy.

What a great find. We had a company retreat for the directors of a healthcare facility and the general consensus was WOW!

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge. It was perfect for our family and had lots of room. the kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The hot tub was relaxing. The wood fired sauna was an especial treat. We had never seen a sauna like that and it was great after a cold day of skiing.

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas. The house was very comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. It has a nice hot tub and sauna too. It’s very close to Gore mountain which we enjoyed and also not to far from Garnet Hill Outdoor Center which has beautiful cross country and snow shoe trails.

Very beautiful place!! We loved all the amenities and really enjoyed the hot tub!! We highly recommend staying here!

The house and location couldn't be more perfect. The time of year it was very quiet and peaceful - not sure what summer is like - but it was a perfect fall getaway - wish we were a few weeks earlier to enjoy the fall foliage.

Location - 12 out of 10.....Lake Front; AMAZING views including western facing (can you say sunsets from the hot tub). There is a small town 10 minutes away to get anything you need but you feel like you are in a remote area. The lake is lined with houses but the house still felt very private. Everywhere you drive you are surrounded by nature. Tons of hiking and walking trails

House - The house was wonderful. Very clean and very spacious. I hate renting from places that have lots of bedrooms but not enough seats in the living area for the number of people the house holds. The living area had the biggest most comfortable sofa in it (we even inquired to where they got it we loved it so much), The living area downstairs provides additional area if you are a family with kids and want space. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the carpet was clean and felt new.

The owners were vey accessible and answered a few questions along the way.

This might all sounds too good to be true and you might not believe me - so I'll add if there was one thing I would ask it might be for a few more pots/pans (a larger spaghetti type pot and maybe larger frying pan) - but honestly everything was great and perfect for us.

We are excited to go back during the on season to experience the lake and all the activities.

You won't regret renting this place!!

Great space for a weekend getaway!

Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

The Daniels accommodated our last minute reservation and was extremely responsive before and throughout our stay. It was exactly the relaxing weekend we were hoping for and was close by to many hiking spots we were looking at! Looking forward to staying at another one of their Airbnbs.

The house was a perfect getaway for the long weekend. The location and pictures are exactly as described. The house is big and well-maintained and was perfect for a group of us to have bbq, play games, enjoy the hot tub in the evening and even watch a movie on a big screen one of the nights. The hosts were very friendly and responded promptly to all our questions. Will definitely book again in the future.

Can't recommend this place highly enough and it will certainly be the place I stay when I go this area again. The view from the deck is beautiful and worth it alone.

We booked this home for a short getaway, but really wished we could have stayed longer. The house is beautiful, with plenty of space, roomy bedrooms and many bathrooms for our family to spread out. The setting is gorgeous with beautiful views of the lake from all over the house. The kitchen is well stocked, and even amenities like bath soap and shampoo were a really pleasant addition. Lots to do nearby - we had a great time renting a boat one day, and also loved just swimming and floating off of the private dock. And the hot tub overlooking the lake is a wonderful touch. We would absolutely consider coming back one day!

We rented the house for a week with the grandkids and our sons/daughter-in-laws so we definitely needed 3+ bedrooms.

The house was clean and large living areas which made it great for the kids. The beach area is really good for our 4 year old grandchildren. There were a number of maintenace items that needed to be addressed and very limited water activities unless you rented them - i.e. some other properties on the lake provide kayaks and paddle boards, floats, etc, so this extra cost weighed into our view of the value of the property. The kitchen was spacious and large dining table which was great.

The fact is, there are very limited properties right on the water, and if that is what you are looking for - this is a great option. Hosts were very responsive. Thank you

This was our family's second time renting from Tara & Dan. Their home is amazing you have everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. We rent often and this home will always be our #1 choice. My nephews call this home HEAVEN! They are both usually home playing video games and don't want to be bothered, we actually get to enjoy quality time with them here. We try to spend a week at Greenwood Lake once a year with our family so we do have other rentals to compare this home to I recommend it 100x over! From the host, home, checkin, activities, comfort, amenities, and checkout this home will never disappoint!
