My husband and I stayed here during peak leaf-peeping season - it's also the bridge season/slower season in the area, so we made sure to pick a place with a kitchen since most nearby restaurants were closed. We had a wonderful time! It's way too much house for just two people, but we didn't mind. Next time, we'll bring friends!!
we loved the house and the setting close to town, door dash worked great. moderate boat traffic during the day, but not bothersom quiet and beautiful morning and evening. great swimming and kayaking. did yoga in the dock in the mornings
The hosts were super responsive and very friendly. The space was great! My friends and our fur babies very much enjoyed spending our weekend here. Check in was super smooth and check out instructions were clear. 10/10 would recommend 👌
We loved our stay here! It was quiet, peaceful, and plenty of outside activities for the kids that were close by.
Amazing house right on the lake. Everything was as advertised and the house was very clean. Beautiful views of the lake and a wonderful little sand beach on the lake. Would definitely recommend this house to a large group.

The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful. Check-in was seamless, and all amenities worked perfectly. This is a very nice property in a cool area. There is an extra application fee after booking to be aware of. I had some issues with pet dander in the unit but otherwise things were good. The house was nice, hosts were responsive, and I would recommend staying here.

The $35 damage waiver helps provide enhanced guest screening and security and is noted in the listing before booking, but we’ll work on making that even clearer moving forward. We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless and very well maintained. The bunk room was absolutely perfect for the kids, and all the bedrooms were nicely sized, giving everyone plenty of space.
The walk-in feature made it super easy for the kids to enjoy the water safely, and we really appreciated all the amenities left at the house—fishing poles, kayaks, and two docks that were ideal for our boat and jet skis.
Highly recommend this property for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!
Absolutely loved the house! It was the perfect size for our group of 9 people. The lake is beautiful and the dock along with the lounge chairs made it so easy to use the lake. The kayak provided was very fun (would be nice to provide a second paddle though so 2 people could paddle at once). The kitchen was great for cooking for our large group and there was so much great common space. Absolutely recommend!
Everything was as listed, host very communicative. Only issues was the place was very dusty and buggy. Could have done a better job cleaning, cobwebs over dinning room table, mice droppings in cabinets, etc.
This home on Greenwood Lake is a historic home with all of its charm from the 1930's. The location is wonderful, complete with quiet neighbors and plenty of enjoyable spots just a short drive away. We would visit again - it is a great stop if you are looking for a peaceful getaway with the family.

Daniel is very kind and responsive, I would come back again with my family. It’s a large and beautiful home. There’s a lot of parking space, it’s a fair price and not too far from stores, restaurants and lake George.
